The location is perfect! So close to Navy Pier and the shopping areas. Hotel was really comfortable and clean and great having air-conditioning. Staff were very friendly. The bar had a nice selection of cocktails.

Location is excellent. Having a restaurant on the premises is very useful. Food is good. Restaurant staff is excellent. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Housekeeping and maintenance are edficient, nice and polite. Doorman David is very nice and friendly. Gabino on the front desk is very nice and helpful. A very nice property with an old world charm.

A really charming hotel, in a great location. Our room was a king and even though it was on the small side it functioned perfectly for us. A comfortable bed, bathroom and good size and a big shower. We had breakfast there, and also had ordered a couple of drinks from the bar which we took but up to our room

The location is incredible, lots of things to do within walking distance. The room was clean, and it wasn't too expensive, compared to other places. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were not.
